	FREE SUMMER ART CLASSES FOR AGES 7-11 Six Free Weekly Workshops with Natalie Boburka July 9 through August 15 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Talented art teacher Natalie Boburka returns for a seventh year to guide kids through a summer of art and expression. Each week has a different focus and project. The program culminates with an art show, Major Works by Minors, which features the best work of each students work! View the full class schedule here. 	FREE FAMILY WORKSHOP EASTER-SPRING BASKET MAKING WORKSHOP Saturday, March 23rd, 1:00 - 2:30pm Celebrate spring and Easter by making a decorated basket filled with a beautiful bed of real grass and dyed eggs. In the workshop, we will fill baskets with soil and plant sprouted grass seeds -- you will be able to watch the seeds grow into a beautiful bed of real grass within a few days. We will also make a few small creatures such as butterflies or flower fairies to decorate our basket and we will, of course, dye some eggs. Everyone will be provided with a few eggs. If you would like to dye more eggs for your basket, feel free to bring up to 6 of your own white hard boiled eggs or blown out eggs. Instructor Chantal Van-Wierts is presently a freelance teaching artist who has over 25 years of workshops and performing experience. She has taught arts and crafts, puppetry, and French in schools such, as Mountain Road and Hawthorne Valley (a Waldorf school) for over 20 years. Schedule Saturday, March 23rd, 1:00 - 2:30pm Ages Children 4-5 years old with a parent or guardian present. Children 6 years and older are welcome without an adult companion. FREE SPANISH LANGUAGE CLASS FOR CHILDREN AGES 6-10
Sundays, February 14th through April 1st, 2013
Returning Students: 9:30am - 10:30am
New and younger students: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Monica Chicana de Gallagher returns to teach the popular Spanish language class for children ages 6-10. Students learn basic words and phrases in Spanish as an introduction to a second language. Each class has a different theme with students learning a Spanish language song related to that theme. Advance registration required.
