SLOW FLOW YOGA WITH JOLANTA SLEPSKA
Saturdays, 9:30 - 10:45 AM

Slow flow yoga is a small, intimate class where postures are introduced and explored in a slow vinyasa format, with the poses being connected through the breath. Classes build endurance, flexibility, and strength. A basic knowledge of yoga practice is recommended. Please bring your own mat. A few mats will be available for general use.

Yoga Instructor Jolanta Slepska Instructor Jolanta Slepska completed the 200-hour teacher training at Satya Yoga Center in Rhinebeck in 2009 and currently continues her study with Leslie Kaminoff, the Yoga Educator of The Breathing Project (NYC). Her classes focus on a vigorous blend of asana practice with particular attention to breath and alignment.

FOLLIES WITH BOBBY
Ballet and Other Smooth Moves for Women of a Certain
Age and Confident Men

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Saturdays, 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM

A class dedicated to the principal that everyone has inner grace. The goal of the class is to improve balance and flexibility and transform your body awareness. The class uses techniques from ballet, modern dance, jazz, soft shoe, and 4th grade Phys Ed. class. All techniques are consistent with the instructor's age. Attire is required. Loose fitting clothes, ballet slippers or sneakers, are recommended. Drop-in's welcome. Preregistration is not required.

Instructor Bobby LuPone is a Julliard trained dancer and actor. He lives in Greene County with his wife Virginia and son Orlando.

Class fee: Free. Registration not required

Schedule: Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM and Saturdays 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM

PUTTING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS TO WORK IN PAINTINGS
Tuesdays, January 17th - February 21st (six class sessions)
6:00 - 9:00 PM

Learn how to utilize your photographs to incorporate multiple elements
into your paintings. Integrate structures, wildlife, people, or other
elements into landscapes or meld photos of pets or people into one group portrait. Instruction in all mediums will be supported.

Instructor Robert A. Lahm has worked as a commercial illustrator for more than 35 years and is an avid landscape and wildlife painter.
